ECI Maintenance was founded out of deep gratitude to the residents of Millennium Town Center, whose trust and support helped launch my journey as a handyman.
For ten years, I worked as a truck driver for FedEx Ground, traveling across the United States. But in June 2013, a close friend opened a new door for me—introducing me to the complex and rewarding world of property management and maintenance.
I began my new career as a Make Ready Technician with Grand Atlas Property Management, where I learned the ins and outs of the industry. From repairs and cleaning to preparing apartments for their next tenants, I built a solid foundation of hands-on experience that has shaped the quality and integrity of ECI Maintenance today.
