ECI Maintenance was founded in gratitude to all the Millenium Town Center residents who believed and trusted in me as their handyman. For 10 years, I was a truck driver for Fedex Ground and had the opportunity to drive all over the US. On June 2013, a friend gave me the opportunity to change careers and introduced me to the complex world of property management and maintenance. I started working as a Make Ready Technician for Grand Atlas Property Management learning from the top to the bottom on how to repair, clean, and prepare an apartment to have it ready for the next tenant. During this time, took advantage of that experience and certified as EPA 608 Universal Technician, Pool Operator, General Plumbing, Electrician, and Small Appliances becoming a Maintenance Technician. In 2016, I was promoted as Maintenance Supervisor with 276 units in charge, managing 4 employees and around 10 contractors. I made friendship and helped many tenants that moved out or bought their own properties repairing, lawn mowing, improving or making additions to their homes. After all the good recommendations and with the support of all those residents, family, and friends, on 2019, ECI Maintenance started to provide services to all the individuals and small business that needs any HVAC, maintenance, improvements or lawn services.
